Brass Rolls Royce Guarantee Certificate Springfield
This item is a copy of a "Guarantee Certificate" provided by Rolls-Royce of America, Inc. from Springfield, Massachusetts. This copy is a polished brass plate and was done by the RROC. The brass plate is secured under plexi-glass (held down with six brass screws) onto a solid cherry plaque that has a keyhole slot in the back for ease in hanging. the original certificate in the book "The American Rolls-Royce" by Arthur W. Soutter.) This item is not etched but is deeply engraved on the brass sheet. The "seal" in the lower left hand corner is not the original but the logo of the RROC. This plaque was made and assembled by Cal West and has once been offered from his collection.

They are a sofi white background with bold black designs. These were used for brochures, advertising in publications, etc. They are suitable for going directly to a printer for reproduction. Hardbound brochures were only given to very special people and were seldom, if ever, handed to the general public. This is the only hardbound copy in our collection. This vintage Rolls-Royce clock is an enigma. We do not know what Rolls-Royce it fitts. We were given the clock by the gentleman who helped us design and create the RRF Trophy several years ago. He thought that we could possibly make a display out of it. It is black with white numbers and the face measures approximately 3 7/8 inches. It has the intertwined Rs at the top and "S. Smith & Sons (MA) Ltd. London" at the bottom. The clock does NOT have a glass or a bezel. The hands were removed and have been kept in a plastic bag. The clock does run and seems to operate normally. It has "R9/46" marked on the back. The serial number is 550238. This item has once been sold from the Cal West Collection

Rolls Royce right hand side marker light with "RR" etched into the glass. This must be from the 1920s-30"s?? Originally nickel plated most is worn off and will have to be redone. Reflector is in very nice condition. Glass is very nice with a small "tea bite". No cracks or breaks. We dont know the exact vintage of this lamp, but the bulb is a #63 which is 12 volt. We do not know if it is correct for the lamp. NO corrosion in the socket. Case is in good condition with one small ding on the edge as shown in the pictures. Slight dent in back of case which should be able to be peened out. Light measures 5" in diameter. Total width hinge to edge of bracket is 7". 3 5/ 8" diameter glass. 4 1/4" deep. The etched "RR" measures 1 7/ 8" Sold As Is for parts or restore.

Rolls Royce Experimental Silver Wraith by Park Ward, 41 EX, LWB
The car was new to Rolls Royce experimental / research department in 1954 and was used by them to test new developments until approx 1957 at the end of which it had been fully updated to the latest specification with the current engine, power steering and air conditioning to name but a few points. It is all detailed in a log book kept at the RREC headquarters which they guard jealously but will allow pre arranged inspection and notes to be taken. The car is well reported in the rare 1986 book by Ian Rimmer entitled " Rolls Royce and Bentley Experimental Cars" After leaving the experimental department at Crewe it became the personal car of the manager of the London service depot and was then passed to the school of instruction for the apprentices and others to be instructed on maintenance. There it was re-painted green and silver (originally it was blue and silver) and re-trimmed in dark grey/blue. Still in the ownership of Rolls Royce it was sent back to Crewe where it was bought by Ian Rimmer who had just retired from a senior position in the Company. Ian kept it for a long time but with little use and eventually sold it in 2009. Additional notes by the seller: 1) The car is located in Cyprus where it was brought in early 2015 with the intention of doing restoration work here. It is duty paid into Cyprus but it has not been registered for use in Cyprus. The car still has its original UK registration number and UK paperwork so it can readily be exported from Cyprus with only the expense of the shipping charges 2) To maintain originality the paintwork should be refinished in its original colours of blue and silver. 3) I have now selected the top quality grey /blue leather for the interior trim and it can be very quickly ordered from the supplier in Scotland. 4) The interior woodwork has now been very beautifully refinished in England and it is paid for and awaiting shipment back to Cyprus. 5) I have obtained from the RREC library a full photocopy of the original log book for 41EX. This amounts to 98 very large pages with detailed daily notes of the full history of the car whilst it was with the experimental department. The original of this most interesting log book is jealously guarded at The Hunt House and is not allowed to be taken away. 6) This was the very first Rolls Royce car to be fitted with power steering and air conditioning. I am not proposing to restore the air conditioning but it should be possible for a future owner to have it put into working order if required. 7) Normally Rolls Royce never sold their experimental cars so this one is very rare in having been kept in Rolls Royce ownership for many years and then it slipped through the net via a sale to a member of the experimental staff -- Ian Rimmer. 8) I would very much prefer to sell the car "as is" with the possibility to complete the paintwork and trim for an additional estimated figure of ca.£ 35000. However I believe the car to have had a high standard of maintenance and that no extensive work will be required other than normal re commissioning after a long period of being unused. The engine runs very nicely and the car could be driven before we stripped it down ready for painting, etc.

This Rolls-Royce Brochure was printed by Rolls-Royce Motors Limited in England in 1978. It measures approximately 8 1/4 x ll 3/4 inches and has 20 pages. The six color pictures measure approximately ll x 8 inches. These pictures include the Silver Shadow ll, the Bentley Comiche, the Silver Wraith ll, the Camargue, the Comiche and the Bentley T2. (This is not a mistake - the name under the picture and the information on the back of the picture is "Bentley Comiche.") The front of the brochure has the "Spirit of Ecstasy" on a black background. There is a tremendous amount of general information in this brochure.This item is being sold from the Cal West collection.

Rolls-Royce Camargue Brochures 8- Press Kit
This item consists of the 1975 Rolls-Royce Camargue Press Kit and matching brochure as well as the 1984 Camargue brochure. This press kit has literature that includes the introduction of the Camargue to the press and information sheets from Mr. Lynn Perkins of Rolls-Royce Motors Inc. These information sheets include technical specification, notes on earthwork, colors, notes on anti-corrosion measures and automatic air conditioning. Also included in the press kit are 5 black and white photos that measure approximately 10 x 8 inches. The matching brochure has beautiful color photos and information/specifications written in English and two other languages. Both the press kit and the brochure are brown with gold trim and were printed by Rolls-Royce Motors Limited, Crewe. The brochure is TSD4114. The 1984 brochure is blue with silver and was provided by Rolls- Royce Motors Inc. in Lyndhurst, NJ. These brochures are new and in excellent condition.
