This is an Original Dunlop Wheel Spanner, Type E5 G5 H5 K5 & N5, from a 1933 Rolls- Royce Phantom ll, MY Series and is in very nice cosmetic condition. It may also fit other vehicles with the same Dunlop wheels. Inside of hexagon is 5 across flats and plunger for serrated lock is 3 diameter. Tool measures 18-3/4 long overall. DF/CH
