This exceptionally beautiful Citroën Model A 'Torpedo' from the Wil van de Camp collection was purchased by the current owner in 1972, in deplorable and incomplete condition. The radiator was very bad and the original wheels were not there at the time. Over the years, the missing parts have been obtained in France. The restoration of this car has been done at long intervals. In 2016, the owner completed the restoration with the help of his wife and some car friends. The results are impressive. The result and condition of the car was so good that in 2019 they were asked to loan this car to the Autoworld museum in Brussels for the exhibition "100 years of Citroën". This was the first model produced by Citroën, 99 years old at the time, making it the oldest at this extensive exhibition. During the opening of the exhibition, photos were taken of André Citroën's grandsons, Henri-Jacques and Philippe, next to this beautiful model A. In the same year, this car was allowed to appear in the Dutch television series Vliegende Hollanders. Registration number: DZ-22-65. Mileage does not apply, ther is no odometer in car.
