Antique carpet, China, ca. 1920. Wool on cotton warp, in a very rare color setting with a: center area completely in indigo blue, unicolor. As it were hovering thereupon lays a single but impressing main bordure in champagne color decorated with floral ornaments and Chinese lucky symbols. Impressing carpet with character. Antiker China Teppich, um 1920. Schurwolle auf Baumwollkette. Bemerkenswerter Teppich mit einem Hauptfeld in Indigoblau unicolor. Die champagnerfarbene Hauptbordüre mit floralen Motiven und chinesischen Glücksymbolen scheint gleichsam darüber zu schweben. Kleinere dünnere Stellen, sonst gut erhalten.
