Neolithic 3-legged Vessel Li, China, Lower Xiajiadian Culture 1500 to 1000 BC, reddish-brown earthenware. Characteristic, so-called goat udder vessel with cylindrical body on three legs slightly drawn outward teats Smoothed surface, two concentric incised rings below the trumpet-shaped mouth that protrude outward. Excellent condition, expected age patina and encrustations. Dimensions: 10,4 x 6,7 in. Note: Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from a German art expert. The present vessel is of historical and ethnographic interest and in museum quality.

Ziegeneutergefäß mit zylindrischem Korpus auf drei leicht nach außen gezogenen Beinen . Oberfläche geglättet, zwei konzentrische eingeritzte Ringe unterhalb der trompetenförmig weit nach außen gezogenen Mündung. Hervorragender Erhaltungszustand, Alterspatina und Versinterungen. Masse: 26,0 x 16,8 cm.
