Popper Happy Jazz Orchestrion ca. 1925 with a reproduction top. A very popular orchestrion of its time. Popper was experimenting with the Instrumentation (piano, mandolin, bass drum, snare drum, wood block, cymbal and triangle) and the arrangements of the melodies to successfully catch and reproduce the typical jazz mood. Comes with 20 multitune music rolls. Made by Popper & Co., Leipzig, Germany. Height: 232 cm. Width: 148 cm. Depth: 77 cm. Condition: Excellent. Location: Switzerland, Degersheim.
