Rare AMI HBE-200 Canteen Background Music Program Center 1960-1962. This non-selective background music system was meant for factories, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. It can play 600 tunes when used with the original 33 RPM Customusic Library records (not included), featuring a unique continuous playing mechanism, based on an AMI Continental 2. Apparently, only around five units are known to exist nowadays, due to a take-back lease agreement used by AMI. Visual condition: in original, unrestored condition, showing paint loss and signs of rust on the metal case. Technical condition: currently in a not playing condition. Appears to be complete.
