These are Elliott-Lucas "Elect" pliers for the tool tray of the Rolls-Royce "Silver Wraith", "Silver Dawn" and Bentley "MK 6" and "MK 7". They are in good condition and measure 16 cm (6 l/4 inches) long. Made in Cannock, England.
